Summary:

Responsibilities:
Our Progressive Care Unit specializes in providing care for a diverse range of adult patients who need monitoring but don’t require intensive care. Our unit addresses complex medical conditions, such as the management of chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes) and post-operative care for orthopedic patients. You will engage in critical interventions, collaborate with various specialties, and provide essential education to patients and their families. We believe that teamwork and attentiveness are key aspects of delivering exceptional care in our fast-paced environment, equipped with private rooms, lift equipment, and bedside computers for immediate access to medical records.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Minimum Associate Degree: Nursing degree from an accredited academic program preferred
Credentials:
• Registered Nurse-NM - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
