Registered Nurse – Step Down Unit (Days/Nights)
Location: Manhattan, NY 10001
Pay: $2,500 weekly / 34.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive to general care.
• Perform detailed assessments and monitor cardiac/respiratory status.
• Administer IV medications and manage complex monitoring equipment.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patient families.
Requirements:
• Active NY RN license.
• At least 1 year of Step-Down or Progressive Care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple critical patients simultaneously.
