Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide top-notch care while ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure exceptional quality of care
• Managing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans
• Conducting regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
• Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

Your Qualifications:
• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the needs of elderly and chronically ill patients
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
