What You'll Do:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a passionate interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding care for our residents. Your role will encompass overseeing facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and supervise nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:
• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
