What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a compassionate interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care and promote the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your role will encompass the oversight of facility operations while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans
• Perform regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Registered Nurse Supervisor include:
• A valid state nursing license
• An advanced degree or certification is preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care is preferred
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• A strong interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
• Solid clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
