As a salaried leader, there are times that these hours and needs will vary, and the teammate must be open to adjusting hours to meet unexpected needs.Pay Range$41.10 - $61.65Where You Will Work:Kannapolis Internal Medicine is open Monday – Friday 8-5. It is a busy 6 provider clinic in the heart of downtown Kannapolis that provides primary care and laboratory services onsite.We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Clinical Supervisor who brings exceptional clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to supporting both staff and patients. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic environment and believes in leading by example.We’re Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association2 years of RN experience preferred. Prior leadership and ambulatory experience preferred.BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program. What You’ll Do:Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff.Step in to assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs whenever required.Foster an open-door environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust.Serve as a strong advocate for staff — confidently addressing challenges with providers, patients, or workflow.Ensure high-quality clinical practice standards, leveraging strong clinical judgement and experience. Experience with Joint Commission standards strongly preferred.Support, coach, and develop team members; model professionalism and empathy.Partner closely with providers to ensure effective teamwork and patient-centered care.Maintain high-level proficiency in Epic and other clinical systems; support staff with training, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.Collaborate with leadership on process improvement, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture grounded in accountability and mutual support.Track all clinical teammate licensures.
