Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care, ensuring our residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being. Your main responsibilities will encompass oversight of facility operations, safety protocols, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.

Position Details:

RN Supervisor - part-time evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) with rotating weekends

WEEKLY PAY

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and supervise nursing staff to guarantee high-quality care delivery.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
• Mentor and provide training to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and protocols.

Rate of Pay: Starting from USD $58.04/Hr.

Qualifications:
• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership position in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
