We are currently seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor to enhance our nursing leadership. With 71 beds and a commitment to compassionate care, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring the highest quality of service for our residents.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day nursing activities within the facility, including effective team management, staffing, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Ensure direct nursing care is provided by qualified personnel, including licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.
• Oversee compliance of all nursing staff with medication administration and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership training to Charge Nurses, emphasizing essential administrative and supervisory principles.
• Promote strict adherence to established infection control measures.

Requirements:
• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and graduation from a Connecticut approved RN program.
• Current certification as a Nurse Aide.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster.
