Position: RN Supervisor (Per Diem)
Your Role:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your leadership will play a crucial role in overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
• Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional development
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

What You'll Bring:
• A valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting preferred

• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
