Your Role:
• This position requires weekend shifts from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM*
• 12-hour shifts* *Weekly Pay*
• This can be a full-time opportunity!*
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and compliance with nursing standards, and fostering an environment of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to uphold high standards of care.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing and resource distribution.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Perform regular assessments and audits to maintain and elevate quality standards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and protocols.

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse Supervisor include:
• Valid nursing license.
• Preferred advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care is a plus.
