Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Surgical ICU Stepdown unit in Monroe, NC, offering $1,805/week.
Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient status, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
