Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown in Saginaw, MI, offering $2,145/week.
Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and administer medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
