Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients during admission and throughout each shift, promptly addressing any changes in their condition.
• Carry out medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation of all care provided.
• Administer medications while monitoring for positive patient responses and reacting appropriately to any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, ensuring understanding of all medical instructions and potential side effects.
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
