This individual demonstrates excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and makes decisions consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Preferred/Optional: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: Two years' nursing experience in area of training. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks; strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Preferred/Optional: NoneCERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.Minimum Required: Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License Compact License.
