Unit Leader Full-Time | Day Shift $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Include: • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to deliver top-quality care. • Managing daily operations, staffing assignments, and resource allocation efficiently. • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans. • Conducting assessments and audits to meet and uphold quality standards. • Providing training and support to nursing staff for continuous improvement. • Ensuring strict compliance with all health regulations and protocols. Qualifications for the Unit Leader Role: • Valid state nursing license. • Advanced degree or certification preferred. • Prior experience in a supervisory role within Long-Term Care is preferred. • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. • Strong interest in addressing the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill. • Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
