Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)

The Tele RN provides nursing care to adult patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring in an acute care hospital setting. This role supports early recognition of cardiac changes, safe medication management, and coordinated discharge planning.

Responsibilities
• Perform focused assessments, monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely while coordinating labs, imaging, and provider orders
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions and document all care accurately in the EMR

Requirements
• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry or similar acute care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
