Shift Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week (12x3)
Pay Range: $57 to $63 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift contract assignment in Prescott, AZ. The Tele RN will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring while ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry and step-down unit patients
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
• Respond promptly to cardiac alarms and changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, interventions, and progress
• Collaborate closely with physicians, ICU teams, and interdisciplinary staff
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain strict compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines

Requirements:
• Active RN license (Arizona or compact/multistate license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry or Stepdown experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
