Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Avon, CT

This position offers three 12-hour shifts every other weekend and every other holiday. Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital located in Torrington, Connecticut, serving as a vital healthcare resource for the 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. In this role, you will: • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care tailored to individual needs. • Apply our nursing department’s philosophies, policies, and procedures to create customized education and care plans for patients and support their families. • Utilize your judgment and skills to direct ancillary staff while addressing the needs of patients and families. Qualifications: • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing field preferred.
