Your Role & Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental standards. • Assess patients’ conditions during admission and each shift, taking prompt action as needed. • Perform ordered procedures and monitor patient responses, meticulously document care provided. • Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses, ready to respond if adverse reactions occur. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans in understandable terms. What We’re Looking For: • Current Registered Nurse license. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications required within 90 days of hire. • Associate Degree in Nursing, or higher, required within 90 days of hire.
