Position Overview
Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Southeastern Missouri
Shifts: 8-hour weekday shifts or optional weekend 12-hour shifts (work 24 hours, paid for 32)
Compensation
Hourly Rate: USD $33$36 (based on experience)
Approximate CAD Equivalent: $44$48 per hour
Evening Differential: +$2.50/hour
Night Differential: +$1.50/hour
Relocation & Immigration Support
Free housing for the first 90 days
$3,000 USD relocation bonus upon arrival
TN Visa sponsorship with employer-managed paperwork
Green Card sponsorship available after 6 months of satisfactory employment
Your Role as an RN
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
Assess residents and create individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and families
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications
Requirements for Canadian RNs
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
NCLEX-RN passed
Eligible or willing to obtain a Missouri RN license
Minimum 1 Year Of Nursing Experience Preferred
English proficiency exam if required
