Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers exceptional, patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of the department, in accordance with state regulations and professional standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, the RN provides individualized and compassionate care following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN advocates for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s mission to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes. • Carry out procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, documenting care delivered in the patient’s medical record promptly. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and potential side effects, ensuring clear understanding. • Instruct on non-medicinal follow-up measures, including healthy lifestyle choices to facilitate self-management. • Implement evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and meet patient care standards. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and implement holistic patient treatment plans that foster recovery. What qualifications you will need: • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment. • Trauma Care After Resuscitation certification to be obtained within 90 days of employment. • Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment. • Possession of a Registered Nurse Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree in nursing.
