Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. You will assess patient conditions, manage treatments, and act as an advocate for patients to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts. • Perform medical procedures as ordered by providers and document all care activities in the patient's medical record. • Administer medications and monitor for any adverse reactions. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and medication management to ensure clarity and understanding. Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse License. • Associate Degree in Nursing. • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
