The RNTS works in collaboration with the trauma team, data analysts, department leaders, staff and patients to develop and support the trauma program's performance improvement initiatives. The RNTS also assumes responsibility and accountability for the management of resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for each patient including support for interdisciplinary and cross facility collaboration. #CB
