We are seeking Registered Nurses with the following qualifications: • At least one year of nursing experience. • A minimum of six months of travel nursing experience. • Must reside at least 60 miles from the job location. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to effectively plan and evaluate patient care. You will work within the full scope of nursing knowledge, ensuring competency and adherence to age-specific standards of care in your assigned clinical area. Responsibilities include: • Planning and coordinating patient care. • Conducting patient assessments. • Providing patient education and triage. • Implementing various nursing interventions. The RN operates within the legal and ethical standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and adheres to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as determined by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited nursing program required. - Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. - Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. - Maintains required competencies and certifications specific to the department.
