Ideal candidates will possess: • At least one year of nursing experience. • A minimum of six months travel nursing experience. • A residence located at least 60 miles from the job site. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation). This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care. You will care for patients throughout all aspects of preventative health, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and coordinating care, providing education, triaging, and implementing various nursing interventions. You will work within the scope outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and adhere to the standards of nursing as established by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. • A current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure is acceptable for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) states. • Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
