Department Details

Join our Pain Clinic team and play a crucial role in enhancing patient lives through effective pain management strategies. As a Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in patient care, applying your clinical knowledge to assess pain, manage medications, and educate patients on pain management techniques.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Experience contributes to the wage range
• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

Job Summary

As a key member of our triage team, you will:
• Respond to patient inquiries via telephone, assessing their symptoms and medical requirements, following established triage protocols.
• Guide patients to appropriate care levels and schedule appointments with healthcare providers as necessary.
• Document all interactions and patient health information in our health record systems to ensure seamless follow-up care.
• Maintain and develop triage protocols, ensuring timely updates of patient healthcare information.
• Provide education and resources to patients based on their inquiries.

Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is desirable.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
