Unit Leader
Full-Time | Day Shift
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Your Role:
As a Unit Leader, you will guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Key responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff for high-quality care delivery
• Managing daily operations, staffing assignments, and resource allocation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans
• Conducting assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
• Providing training and support to nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with all health regulations and protocols

Qualifications for the Unit Leader Role:
• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory role within Long-Term Care preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
