What You'll Do:

Long Term Care Unit Manager

$5K Sign-on Bonus

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. This vital role ensures high-quality care, a positive workplace atmosphere, and the health and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a compassionate team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for our residents.
• Supervise daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments and maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the skills of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster optimal well-being for residents.

Rate of Pay: USD $96,000.00 - USD $99,000.00 /Yr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:
• A valid state RN nursing license.
• An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, particularly for the elderly and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
