What You'll Do: In the role of RN Unit Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit, ensuring high-quality care and a supportive environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a dedicated team of nurses and support staff. • Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents. • Supervise daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource management. • Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance. • Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff, fostering growth and expertise. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being. Rate of Pay: USD $45.00 - USD $48.00/Hr. What You'll Bring: Qualifications for a Unit Supervisor include: • Valid state RN nursing license. • Advanced degree or certification preferred. • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in Long-Term Care settings preferred. • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with interest in the needs of the aged and chronically ill. • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
