RN Charge Nurse - Vent Unit - 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $3000
Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health, comfort, and holistic well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing tailored care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as per physician orders
• Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs and medical data
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as required
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless care delivery
• Guide and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering high-quality care
