Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a collaborative healthcare setting. Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor their responses. Record patient medical histories and symptoms, including observations and assessment findings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance practices. Supervise and train junior nursing staff and healthcare aides. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability to work effectively in a team Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
