Record patient medical histories and symptoms, including observations and assessment findings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance practices. Supervise and train junior nursing staff and healthcare aides. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
