Sign-on Bonus: This position is eligible for a $6000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of RN experience. University Hospitals is offering a $6,000 sign on bonus, minus applicable taxes, for designated regular full-time RN positions to experienced RN’s (1 years or more) hired externally. Internal Applicants are not eligible for the sign on bonus. • Other Accredited Program: Diploma in Nursing or • (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing required. • (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • (MN) Master in Nursing preferred. • Knowledge of nursing process and practice. • Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (i.e. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Required Upon Hire and • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Upon Hire. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit.
