Experience Requirements: • Long Term Care Experience (3 months required, 6 months preferred). Scheduling Requirements: • Minimum of 30 hours per month. • At least one weekend shift per month. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will leverage the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver tailored care for our residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including providers, to enhance care quality. This role includes providing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and ensuring seamless coordination of resident care. You may also serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel while offering support to ensure safe and reliable resident care. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred) with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
