Duties
• Deliver direct patient care services in compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
• Provide nursing care in various settings, including psychiatric, operating room, orthopedics, and geriatrics.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Identify and address high-risk symptoms and behaviors, including suicidal and homicidal risks.
• Complete nutritional screenings and refer patients to dietitians when necessary.
• Monitor and revise care plans as needed while documenting discharge planning requirements.
• Delegate and coordinate care based on thorough assessments.
• Maintain institution security as a key responsibility of the position.
