What You'll Do: • Deliver comprehensive care during patient visits, addressing chief complaints, obtaining vital signs, completing health histories, and documenting health information in our EMR system. • Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and facilitate follow-up care. • Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, educate patients on procedures and medications, including IV starts when ordered. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and educate patients on medications and their potential side effects. Qualifications: • Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing. • Active State RN License. • For certain clinics, dual licensure in Washington and Oregon is required within 120 days of hire. • If holding an RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, proof of license and suicide prevention training completion is needed during the onboarding week. • Must obtain a WA RN license within 6 months if relocating. • BCLS certification within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS are preferred. Skills: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred at level 10. • Preferred training in Early Periodic Screening & Development Testing and Women's Health Exams. • Proficient in nursing concepts, medication effects, and professional procedures. • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively while managing interruptions. • Skillful in interacting professionally with patients, families, and colleagues. • Able to assess and respond to diverse patient needs across all age groups. • Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
