The Registered Nurse for Women's Ambulatory Care Services will: • Evaluate the health status of assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards. • Design, implement, and assess individualized care based on patient evaluations and the Multi-Disciplinary Plan of Care. • Provide direct patient care or offer guidance and oversight to health team members to ensure compliance with the NJ Board of Nursing, current regulatory guidelines, the ANA Code of Ethics, and hospital policies. • Educate patients and their caregivers about their health conditions and care plans. • Prepare patients and their families for discharge and ongoing health maintenance at home. • Ensure that all procedures align with established Standards of Care and demonstrate proficiency in conducting all clinical tasks within the nurse's scope of practice, catering to various patient demographics throughout their lifespan. • Administer medications and parenteral therapies compliant with institutional policies. • Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Requirements: • Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in New Jersey. • BSN preferred or to be obtained within three years from the date of hire. • BLS certification, validated by the American Heart Association, is required. In addition to base salaries, some roles may qualify for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. This salary range for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be adjusted based on employment status.
