Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $33.50 - $48.50, depending on experience.

• Generous Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 or $20,000 based on experience.

• Student Loan Assistance: This position may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which offers monthly extra payments of $167 (up to $10,000) towards your loans.
Schedule: Varied shifts: 6:00am-6:30pm, 6:00pm-6:30am, every third weekend/holiday, and occasional on-call duties; total of 72 hours per two weeks.

A Brief Overview
As a Registered Nurse in our Women's Center, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by developing individualized care plans, providing physical and emotional support, and keeping open lines of communication with patients and their families.
What You Will Do
• Deliver exemplary patient care by implementing nursing care plans and effectively communicating with the healthcare team.
• Assess and document patient conditions and develop nursing care plans based on individual needs.
• Provide healthcare education to patients and families, guiding them towards a better understanding of their health conditions and self-care.
• Evaluate care provided and adjust nursing interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
• Ensure a safe and healthy patient environment by adhering to established protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Manage patient care equipment and supply inventory efficiently.
• Stay updated on best practices in nursing through ongoing education and training.
Essential Qualifications
Capable of fulfilling the hours required. Must effectively communicate and have the visual acuity necessary for this position. Accommodations may be available for individuals with disabilities.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
