Your Role and Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, ensuring timely reporting of any changes. • Perform medical procedures and monitor patients as instructed, with a focus on detailed documentation in medical records. • Administer medications responsibly while monitoring patients for responses and effects, ready to act on any unexpected reactions. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up plans in a clear manner. Qualifications You Will Need: • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of starting. • Active Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. • Completion of a Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in nursing.
