Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

TNCC (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care geriatric patient care.
• RNs required to titrate drips: Electrolytes, hypertensive medications, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions.
• RNs must read strip and interpret.

Required Credentials:
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Floating Requirements: ER / MedSurg Support. First to float.
