Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health
Location: Melbourne, FL 32935
Start Date: 03/09/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) | Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
Required Experience & Qualifications
Active Florida RN License (or compact license) required at time of submission
Minimum 1.5 years Home Health experience (3 years preferred)
Prior LVN/LPN Home Health experience may count
Private duty nursing does NOT qualify
Recent Medicare Home Health experience REQUIRED
OASIS experience REQUIRED
EPIC charting experience REQUIRED
Post-operative Home Health experience (orthopedic & general surgery)
Previous Charge Nurse experience REQUIRED
BLS certification REQUIRED
