• Days
• 3x12s | 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend rotation
• On-call required: Up to four 8-hour shifts per 4-week cycle
• 40 guaranteed hours per week Key Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care for a wide range of surgical procedures in a Level II Trauma Operating Room
• Scrub and circulate for high-acuity cases including orthopedic, neuro, trauma, vascular, GYN/URO, ENT, plastics, robotics, and general surgery
• Support emergency and trauma surgeries at all times of day
• Ensure patient safety, sterile technique, and compliance with OR standards
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including DaVinci robotic systems and specialty OR tables
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document care using Epic charting system Required Qualification
• Active RN license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Trauma experience required; must be highly comfortable in a Level II Trauma OR
• Well-rounded experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Minimum 1 year of Epic experience
• Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) Current Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Preferred Qualifications
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Extensive experience with robotics, orthopedic total joints, and neuro procedures
• Experience using DaVinci robotic systems and advanced OR technology
