• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for labor and delivery patients.
• Supervise and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring alignment with the medical care plan.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards in all patient care activities.
Candidate requirements
• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN, ADN, or BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• At least one year of RN experience, preferably in Labor & Delivery or related clinical settings is preferred
• Current CPR and Fetal Monitoring certification (or must be obtained upon hire)
• NRP and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
