Registered Nurses - LTACH in Alvin, TX

We are seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Clear Lake, TEXAS. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex, long-term health needs. Duration: PRN - Rotation
Unit: LTACH
Hourly Pay: $60.00

What You'll Do:
As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

Requirements:
• RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
• 1 year of Medical Surgical or 1 year of LTAC
• Must have BLS, ACLS (preferred) , IV Certification or equivalent
• Immunizations; TB, Covid & Flu

Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
