Your Role as a Registered Nurse Includes:
• Supervising patient care and treatments, leading assessments, customizing care plans, and addressing patient concerns for high-quality care.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and facilitate recovery.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient care as needed.
• Acting as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrating achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Preferred experience includes one year in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
