Key Responsibilities: • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in alignment with nursing principles and facility protocols. • Provide telemetry monitoring for patients with acute myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, syncope, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure. • Administer and titrate multiple IV medications and assist with conscious sedation procedures, including cardioversions. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate patient care. • Maintain current ACLS certification and apply advanced ECG interpretation skills in patient assessment.
