Job Summary and Qualifications In collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, the Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment plans to achieve departmental goals. You are a vital member of our team, accountable for positive patient and departmental outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients. Assist patients with exercises, skin care to prevent breakdown, and proper positioning to avoid immobility. Collaborate with rehab therapy to provide acute medical management aimed at improving functional skills such as mobility and daily activities. Administer medications per physician orders. Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current registered professional nurse licensure in practice state or active compact license. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
