Qualifications and Preferred Experience: • Current RN licensure with experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • IV certification is necessary for LPN candidates considered. • Telemetry reading skills preferred. • Additional certifications like CRRN and ACLS (within 90 days) are a plus. • Familiarity with Meditech Magic EMR system and quality indicator scoring. • Strong communication abilities and a patient-centered approach.
