Job Description
Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting located in Cody, Wyoming. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a supportive healthcare environment where patients receive dedicated care over two floors, requiring flexibility to float as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care consistent with standard practices for long-term care centers.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist with care planning and documentation.
• Support a positive and safe environment for residents.
• Float between two floors as required by patient census and staffing needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation nursing role.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage patient needs effectively.
• Flexibility to work across different units.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
