Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care to primarily adult patients in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with experience in Rehab/LTC nursing
• Must possess a valid Iowa SING background check clearance, including both criminal and child abuse clearance (no exceptions)
• Background checks from all relevant counties and states fully cleared before the start date; instant or statewide searches not accepted
• Mandatory reporter certification for both child and adult required
• Drug screening with a 10-panel test including opiates
• Up-to-date immunizations within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)

Schedule:
• Flexible start days available on Monday or Tuesday
• 36 or 48-hour guaranteed shifts, with 48-hour guaranteed options accommodated upon application
