Your Responsibilities
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives manage inquiries and resolve issues.
• Engage with clients through phone, email, chat, or social media
• Address and de-escalate issues calmly
• Escalate interactions when necessary
• Assist with requests and possibly process payments
• Record call details for audits and reports
• Provide feedback on call interactions
• Upsell when appropriate
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent (CNA/CMA)
• College degree (RN) preferred
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Must be 18 or older
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Familiarity with computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Active license for the RN role required
• Proof of education/experience for the CNA/CMA role, active license preferred
• Willingness to work in a call center setting
